With over 400 consultants, Eurogroup Consulting is one of France’s leading homegrown management consultancies. Founded in 1982, the firm helps clients across sectors with topics including strategy, operations, finance, risk & compliance, human capital, and digital transformation.
Following four to twelve year careers at the privately-held firm, Annat Jean-Baptiste, Cécile Petit, Félix Humbaire and Solène Julier have been promoted into Eurogroup Consulting’s partnership, lifting the size of its partnership to 36.
Jean-Baptiste Annat has been with Eurogroup Consulting since 2010, having previously gained experience at the Stade de France Consortium. He has gained consulting experience across sectors (particularly in the financial services sector) and leads HR-focused transformation projects in areas such as employee experience, hybrid working, talent retention, and culture.
Cécile Petit brings experience in both consulting and industry to the partnership. She began her career at Accenture, after which she transitioned to financial service, spending over a decade with insurer Groupama and banking group Société Générale.
At both companies, Petit held roles in marketing and was involved with transformations across areas such as service design, customer experience, and operational efficiency. At Eurogroup Consulting, she is a member of the financial services practice.
Felix Humbaire began his career at Eurogroup Consulting in 2010, and has grown into an expert in digital transformation, data science, artificial intelligence and agile working. He advises CIOs and senior management in various sectors, with a focus on healthcare, social protection, transport & infrastructure, and financial services.
Solène Julier helps clients with major business and transformations. She specialises in leveraging technology such as robotics, artificial intelligence, process mining and cloud in order to improve business processes, along with the change management needed to successfully embed change.
Julier has been with Eurogroup Consulting since 2012, having previously gained experience at IBM Consulting. She specialises in the government and industrial sectors.
Commenting on the appointments, Gilles Bonnenfant, President of Eurogroup Consulting, said: “We are very happy to welcome these four young partners to our partnership. This career milestone is a testament to their dedication, commitment and successful impact they have made at our clients. We congratulate them with their career milestone.”
