A niche Asian ERP powerhouse faced a unique challenge when expanding operations beyond Asia. Their strategic model of leveraging nearshore resources required careful navigation to ensure successful delivery in new markets. For such rollouts, resource allocation typically relied on interim consultants, which often proved effective but did not offer long-term continuity or embedded expertise.
