An expanding change and transformation Management Consultancy firm in the UAE were in need of additional support to grow their management layer – specifically at a Senior Manager level. The position required an experienced, driven, and enthusiastic Consultant with a passion for the required sector and sustainable change to make a difference, as well as proven management experience, both externally and internally.
In this instance, Consulting Point had the scope to reach out to someone based outside of the UAE willing to relocate, and sourced an individual who was not only a strong cultural fit for the team but also had the experience to align to the projects in the current pipeline, as well as add to future project capability.
The final steps of the process ran relatively smoothly and once the contract was issued there were only minor points that needed addressing, which led to a quick and easy rounding off.
