Consulting Point is a long-term talent partner to a world-leading strategy firm that is growing exponentially. We are collaborating with the organization to help grow its DACH presence. They had a particular need for an individual at the Manager level with a background in operational strategy.
Through our extensive network in consulting, we were able to share a shortlist of potential individuals. Over the course of 8 weeks, one individual was highlighted as a key person of interest and was subsequently offered. Consulting Point was able to offer deal support to the client and candidate to ensure we had a positive outcome.
