Consulting Point are working closely with a Tier 1 Management Consulting firm who are looking to expand its Defence Advisory practice to continue its development of key accounts within the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). Our client was seeking a DV Cleared Management Consulting professional who has vast expertise within the Defence sector and who has a comprehensive network within MOD.
Consulting Point has a strong pool of talent within the defence consulting sector and quickly identified an extensive shortlist of DV Cleared professionals who had a range of skills & experience that were a match to the brief provided by the client. After various rounds of interviews, the client decided to progress to the offer stage with a talented Defence Sector specialist who started their career in the British Army before transitioning their career into the Management Consulting sector. The selected candidate had a strong background in Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile, Waterfall, Business Case Development, Digital Transformation, Procurement, and Organisation Design and was also DV Cleared for the Ministry of Defence.
After a short negotiation and after reviewing multiple job offers the candidate made the decision to accept and is looking forward to commencing his employment later this year. The client was extremely pleased to compliment their existing Defence Consulting team with a talented new hire from a competitor consulting firm who is expected to play a key role in further developing the practice in the future.
