Our client is a global IT consultancy with operations covering 46 countries and one of the largest SAP Partners in the world. Consulting Point has kept a heavy presence in the Swiss space, identifying potential candidates that would suit. With their expansion plans and as a valued partner; competing in a very tough space, we courted a potential candidate from an end user.
Understanding her frustrations in terms of personal growth, limitations to her business growth within the SAP Space and frequent travels away from her family; the time was right to move. After intensive interviews with Subject Matter Experts, Architecture and the Head of Practice, all parties were delighted to see a mutual fit. This further strengthens the client team and deepens the trust and relationship with Consulting Point.
