The Supply chain and operations practice of this well known consulting firm was looking to expand their presence even further in Germany. Covering Automotive, Technology and Financial Services the Supply chain, Manufacturing and operations practice desperately needed a lead consultant to take the reins of a German office and replicate the success they had achieved across Europe.
Through a detailed mapping exercise, an up and coming senior consultant was identified from a competitor firm. Although recalcitrant regarding external opportunities, through a meticulous interview process the candidate eventually realised the sui generis role our client had created. The final position and responsibilities created were too good to ignore and although the candidate was counter offered he was elated in accepting the Supply chain and Manufacturing Consulting position with our client.
