A boutique deal advisory firm in London was looking to build out its Pharma team. We were able to identify an individual with an extensive experience in operations and FP&A within a large pharmaceutical corporation who wanted to move into a boutique environment. This individual is entrepreneurial and enjoys working in a team that is collaborative and hands-on. They are also keen to grow their knowledge base and upskill themselves in a consulting position.
The candidate was keen to progress through the interview progress and was pleased to learn more about the opportunity with an advanced and collaborative team. We worked closely with the candidate to prepare them for each round of the process.
The candidate regularly gave positive feedback on the firm, and the opportunity and was excited to receive an offer. They look forward to starting their new permanent role toward the end of this year.
