Consulting Point have recently started working with one of the UK’s fastest growing boutique management consulting firms who were looking to secure the best junior talent at Consultant and Senior Consultant grades. Our client provides a range of services across Digital & Technology Transformation.
We successfully identified a Management Consultant with 3 years of experience for a larger Technology Consulting firm who had a range of skills across Business Change, Business Analysis, Operational Improvement and Digital Transformation and had also gained expertise in Agile, Lean and Waterfall. The selected candidate had completed a Graduate Scheme where he received training & certifications across Agile BA Practitioner, BCS Requirements Engineering and also APM Project Fundamentals.
The candidate quickly moved through the three stage interview process performing particularly well at the final stage panel interview with a very polished presentation based on a client case study. The client made a competitive offer shortly after the final interview which was immediately accepted by the candidate.
