Our global IT consultancy is the largest in the world by capitalisation. Consulting Point were tasked to source an Industry-Solution expert in SAP Insurance.
We identified a candidate from a competitor. The candidate was excited about the direction, strategy and how our client was viewed in the market.
After two high level and intensive interviews, both parties felt a mutual compatibility in terms of culture, knowledge and strategic fit.
