Ambitious plans by our client, to expand their heavy SAP presence into Switzerland; the CEO of our client required a Leader to take helm of this position. Our client wanted a native German speaking, with exceptional management and SAP architectural knowledge. To help shape and integrate the Swiss Practice in line with the mature Western set-up
After an extensive research, Consulting Point identified a special talent. An individual who was strategic, diplomatic and had over 20 years of SAP experience from Consulting to Practice level. A leader who was pragmatic and had the desire to grow effectively, a new entity. Who shared the same visions of the CEO.
After extensive interviews and external cognitive assessments performed, we were delighted of the mutual outcome. The candidate naturally accepted. It is hoped that the candidate will eventually take the seating of the COO upon his retirement. Both client and candidate have already requested that Consulting Point help in the growth of the SAP division in the near future
