A boutique management consultancy who specialise in IT Advisory were looking for Manager level individuals who had very specific architecture experience. This needed a focused search by Consulting Point to ensure that we were able to supply candidates with the unique mix of skillset the client was looking for, fortunately we were able to immediately identify two candidates within our network.
Of the two, there was one that stood out as being particularly strong when it came to stakeholder management experience and had an impressive background within one of the ‘big 4’. This person was fast-tracked through the process and it was clear that the match was very good on both sides. Consulting Point worked with the client to ensure they put forward a highly competitive offer, especially as the firm offers what they believe the candidate is worth and is reluctant to get into a bidding war. It ended up making the decision for the candidate extremely easy, even refusing to listen to counter offers from their current firm as they realised that this was a fantastic move for their career and development.
