As a trusted advisory of top tier management consulting firms, Consulting Point was tasked with filling a vacancy for a senior position for one of our longstanding clients operating in the strategy and Tech Transformation space. Our client stipulated that they were looking for candidates who had considerable experience and exposure in the full IT Project lifecycle so that the candidate can essentially come into the organisation and hit the ground running.
We were able to identify an exceptional candidate coming from a top tier consultancy firm who was looking for a new challenge having been at his firm for over 8 years. The candidate was a Senior Manager with a wealth of experience working on the full IT project lifecycle, with further experiences in undertaking stakeholder management, change management, risk management and financial management to deliver projects following Lean-Agile principles. Their passion lay in Public Sector IT transformation projects, aligning well with our client’s work.
The candidate was very receptive to the advice offered by Consulting Point, which allowed him to perform exceptionally well during the entire process, making it a very enjoyable and insightful process for him..
