Our client is a leading Management Consulting firm with a global presence within the industry. They had requested us to bolster their Public Sector offering particularly within the Change Management department. Consulting Point addressed its network in this area to select the best candidates we believed were suitable for this opportunity.

The candidate had to have Public Sector experience and be knowledgeable of the challenges facing change management and human change in relation to digital projects. One candidate began to stand out from the interviews conducted by our client, and it became apparent from our client that this candidate would be suitable at a manager grade within the business.

This candidate had nearly five years’ experience within the Management Consulting industry and had worked on numerous Government & Change projects. They had digital transformation project experience as well which gave them the edge over other candidates. With qualifications in Prince 2, Agile PSM & CIMA as well as a top degree in Politics and International Relations from a Russell Group University, it was clear that this candidate was going to make an impact.

After a swift deliberation from our client after the final stage, a highly competitive offer was presented that was gratefully accepted by our candidate.
