The objective was to hire a strong individual with expertise in buy/sell side due diligence and value creation topics in private equity acquisitions and corporate strategy with strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the thrive and motivation to expand their international expertise in the market.
The selected individual came from a strong strategy consulting background in the region with deep expertise in PE acquisitions, operational excellence, strategy, commercial/operational due diligence.
