Our client who is a leading Strategy & Consulting firm within the Cyber & Information Security space was looking to enhance their Cyber Strategy & Delivery offering. The candidate skillset they were looking for was someone who had just as much Cyber delivery as they did Information Strategy & ISO auditing.
The candidate that caught our client’s attention had close to three years’ experience working for a competitor Management Consulting firm exclusively within their Cyber Division. The candidate expressed strong skills with Cyber technologies while emphasising a deep understanding of strategic security components that would clearly assist businesses in the future. With a First-Class degree from a prestigious University to go with this profile, our client moved this candidate through the interview process very quickly.
With the presentation of an offer from our client, Consulting Point were made aware of other competitor firms seeking this candidates’ skills with offers of their own.
