Our client was keen to increase their Central Government offering within the Management Consulting space. Particular skills that they were searching for were Scrum Master & Product Owner capabilities, it was also important for them to have consulting experience which meant sourcing from one of their competitor firms.
Public sector experience was an essential part of this role which refined the search but meant a small pool of candidates would present themselves. As such, one candidate who had core expertise within Central Government also had extensive skills within Product Ownership, Business Analysis & Scrum ceremonies all within Management Consulting firms over five and a half years.
Our client highlighted the diverse skills of the candidate within this area as highly desirable to them, and as such we were able to get the candidate to remotely meet the relevant people within two weeks. The presented offer was one that well exceeded the candidate’s expectations highlighting the real value put into their skills by our client. This as well as our close relationship with the candidate throughout the interviews resulted in an acceptance of the offer.
