Our client who operates within the Digital Consulting space in London was seeking to boost their Agile adoption and transformation offering within the UK. They were after specific Management Consultants who were SAFe Agile certified who had past consulting experience from a competitor.
Numerous candidates from our network were suitable for this role which was very broad in nature. The submissions had to result in stand out profiles who had multiple project expertise in Agile from advisory & road mapping through to transformation and implementation. Consulting Point provided the best out of many options and one particular candidate became of interest.
This candidate had over two years’ experience within Management Consulting from a competitor firm. They were not only SAFe 5.0 certified but also had a BCS Foundation qualification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. All projects that they had worked on were within Agile frameworks and with a complete focus on transformation in order to establish value within client projects. With an 1st Class Degree from a Russell Group University, it was clear that this candidate would be a great fit for this role.
After a swift recruitment process that only resulted in two stages for the candidate, a quick offer was presented. Through our close relationship through the process with the candidate, they were able to accept the offer in a timely manner.
