Our client is a global Technology Consulting firm who have a market-leading Cyber Security & Digital Trust practice. We were instructed to expand their team with candidates who have technical & advisory ability in Cyber Security and other areas of Digital Trust.
We utilised our network to source a particular candidate with those technical capabilities our client needed. From a competitor Big 4 Management Consulting firm, they performed well at interviews and highlighted skills in penetration testing, ISO audits & Cyber Strategy. Consulting Point worked with the client to ensure a quick process which resulted in an offer four weeks after the CV being sent.
Our strong candidate had obtained attractive skillsets from their current Management Consulting firm. These include delivering Cybersecurity standards as well as detection & response strategies and capabilities. With a Masters Degree in Engineering from a top University with studies in Software Engineering and Network Attacks, it was very clear that this was a good fit.
Consulting Point worked with the candidate when an offer was presented to determine prospects with our client including high-level progression opportunities. After taking a day to think about the proposal, our candidate promptly accepted.
