The project was signed by our Consultancy customer to start in Q4 of this year. The rarity and combination of Big 5 consulting background, native German tongue, Swiss (Financial) localization rules meant head hunting was a necessity.
The impact of Covid was met with candidate resistance in the market, as individuals were reluctant to move. Coupled with restrictions with face-to-face interviewing.
An individual was found, through researching competition decline. The identified consultant was headhunted by Consulting Point and briefed. The selected candidate met via Microsoft Teams, speaking with Functional Experts, Lead Consultants, and Partner Level.
The candidate brings many years of Consulting Experience. A hands-on individual, who is moving away from Advisory to end-user SAP Consulting.
Consulting Point has built up a strong relationship with the client and has an outstanding understanding of what was required and therefore able to identify and advise the suitability to forge and manage the process. The candidate had reviewed and accepted the offer without hesitation.
