The latest phase of a project supporting the scale-up of an innovative healthcare team using health intelligence and economics to transform Provider operations. They are the first organization to successfully develop and bring to market economics based transformation solutions directly influencing how physicians elect and refer a wide suit of services, and with a tier 1 leadership they set the bar high to build the team with exceptional talent.
From the outset Consulting Point has built and accessed in-depth networks across the Maryland, Virginia and Delaware region, mapping and engaging experts across Provider and Payer strategy, analytics and operational transformation.
The intensive search was conducted through detailed, technical discussions to fully assess and evaluate potential fit with a team operating at the edge of current US health sector capabilities, while also aligning on the crucial cultural fit. The project was successfully completed quickly, with an outstanding individual identified for the client and secured through a series of open, transparent discussions. Consulting Point continues to further enhance it’s operating capabilities in the US health market and looks forward to the impact this hire will have in the coming months.
