Our Big 4 SAP giant had recently announced retirement and loss of their Head of Practice. Consulting Point approached The Managing Director of Switzerland, based upon relationships held in Western Europe. Met with expected caution, we gained a brief and knew exactly the ideal candidate from a competitor who would fit into what they require. The candidate brings many years of Consulting Experience, initially starting with SAP AG, before working in the latter years with a Big 5 tier firm.
From the initial interview with the Managing Director; the COO of Switzerland; the Director of SAP in France; SAP Director Competency Centre in UK; Director of SAP in Finland and finally a presentation to the heads of and the CEO of Europe. The assignment was successfully concluded.
Consulting Point has opened a new Country and it is expected strategically to contribute further growth with this new entity, working alongside the new Director of SAP Switzerland and Managing Director.
