A boutique Strategy House who Consulting Point has been working with for a substantial amount of time asked for our help with some urgent hires due to substantial growth plans.
The company was keen to hire several strong candidates who would be able to be utilised quickly and had a strong consulting background that they require due to the nature of their work. This meant finding candidates with not just a relevant background but a personality that fit working in a smaller and more entrepreneurial environment.
After giving them a shortlist of candidates a select group were invited to interview, of which the majority progressed to a final stage. Upon completion of the process the firm was pleased with not just the high quality of candidates but the speed that Consulting Point was able to provide them, this was due to our focus being on the existing active network rather than a reactionary advert driven approach.
