Partnering to support the growth of a change management boutique consultancy in the UAE, Consulting Point completed a key hire. The client had been looking for experienced Change Lead to help support training and development with a major retail client in the region. The business were looking for a safe pair of hands to take on major change implantations for a large retail client.
The search was UAE wide for exceptional individuals with Change Management and Consulting experience with proven credentials in retail. An individual was identified and engaged, and their references from consultancy Partners at top tier firms, corroborated our selection and evaluation across all criteria.
The search was completed quickly, based on our combined expertise in both the management consultancy industry and the retail/ consumer goods sector; we were able to identify the right person with precisely the right technical background, and at the right level needed to contribute to the team and client.
