Consulting Point are recruiting for a major Management Consulting firm who were seeking to expand their market leading Nuclear team. The chosen candidate would get the opportunity to work on a range of exciting Business Transformation & Strategy projects onsite with various new build nuclear power stations.
Our client was seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the Nuclear sector with a range of skills across Operational Transformation, Strategy, Business Change, Technology and Digital. Consulting Point conducted an in-depth search of the Nuclear sector to identify the best talent within the industry who could be suitable.
We successfully recruited an exceptionally bright individual from a strong academic background with a PhD in Nuclear Energy, who had been working in the Nuclear sector for a number of years within Strategy & Operational Excellence who was looking to take the next step in their career by moving into Management Consulting.
