Guidehouse, a Tysons, VA-based management consulting firm, has hired Patrick Spoletini as growth leader for its health segment. He is based in Nashville.
In the newly created role, Spoletini will oversee development and execution of growth strategy for the firm’s healthcare practice. He will lead a team focusing on building and maintaining client relationships and aligning the segment’s core advisory, digital, and managed services.
Spoletini brings more than 30 years of healthcare market experience, advising some of the largest government and commercial provider and payer organizations. He has extensive experience in strategy, business development, business process improvement, compliance, digital transformation, systems implementation, and managed services.
Spoletini joins Guidehouse from IBM Consulting, where he spent four years and was general manager and healthcare industry leader. Before that, he was global practice leader of healthcare provider consulting at Cognizant and a managing director at KPMG.
Spoletini began his career at PwC, where he was latterly a director.
He has a master’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Florida State University.
