PA Consulting (PA), the company that’s bringing ingenuity to life, has appointed Siobhan Clarke as an Executive Advisor within its Energy and Utilities team. Siobhan will work with PA’s energy transition experts to support venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) firms, and their portfolio companies, to scale up and commercialise clean energy technology and broader solutions.
Dedicated to the application of deep science and technology to address climate challenges, Siobhan brings over 23 years of experience in hardware, software and energy. She has worked across three continents, having lived in London, Singapore and San Francisco. In addition she has over ten years’ experience as a Non Executive Director (NED). Siobhan is also a published author, having written The Founder Handbook, which is a practical guide for early stage companies.
In recent years, Siobhan has been pivotal in shaping energy transition as Operating Partner at bpLaunchpad – bp’s corporate accelerator. She has been involved in investing, acquiring and spinning out technologies and companies utilising governance and performance management techniques from venture within the corporate environment. She’s an angel investor and passionate about supporting and enabling underrepresented groups through coaching and mentoring. Siobhan currently holds a NED at STFC Innovations Ltd, and is an adviser to early stage fund Techstart NI.
