Oxana has joined the firm from Natura & Co Group, and she previously held senior roles at Avon, Bain & Co and L’Oréal Group. She has almost 20 years’ experience of delivering business strategy, value creation, due diligence, and M&A for Corporate and Private Equity clients across the Consumer Products & Retail and FMCG industries. At KPMG, Oxana will be focused on business and deal strategy - helping clients to create value, seek growth and transform, with a particular focus on the Consumer Products & Retail industry, and with special expertise in the Beauty, Personal Care and Wellness sectors.
