Wavestone, a Paris-headquartered management and technology consultancy, received its first Great Place to Work certification in the United States for 2022.
The firm, which was founded in 1990, has a US team of over 100 employees across offices in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Wavestone has a global workforce of approximately 4,000 employees across Europe, the US, and Asia.
"As we grow as a firm in the US, it's crucial for us to continue focusing on the entire talent lifecycle for all of our colleagues," said Bettina Tam, HR Manager. "We want all our employees to find meaning, through growth and opportunities, in their experience working with us – and this recognition shows that our efforts are paying off."
Great Place to Work provides independent company assessments based on employee feedback, recognizing organizations with exceptional culture, employee experience, and effective leadership.
“This certification means that we've been able to architect a strong culture – across different geographies and organizations that we've brought into the Wavestone fold," said Reza Maghsoudnia, strategic development director and US lead for Wavestone. “We will continue to actively build on this progress and recruit the best talent to serve our clients."
Wavestone expanded into the US with the 2019 acquisition of WGroup, a Philadelphia-based consultancy specializing in IT strategy, cost optimization, and operational improvement advisory. The firm further expanded its US operations by acquiring Dallas-based Everest Group’s consulting practice in 2021.
Wavestone works with clients in financial services, manufacturing, retail and consumer, luxury, energy and utilities, transport, and government. The public company has practices in IT strategy, operating model design, supply chain, Industry 4.0, finance and performance, data and analytics, customer experience, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
Wavestone was also on Forbes’ World’s Best Management Consulting Firms 2022 list.
