Boston Consulting Group subsidiary Inverto has kicked off 2023 with three new managing directors, the equivalent of partner at the procurement firm. All three have been promoted from within the company’s own ranks.
In the DACH region, Inverto has appointed Gökhan Yüzgülec a partner in Hamburg, and Philipp Polterauer a partner in Vienna. Mohamad Kaivan meanwhile has joined the partnership in the London office.
Gökhan, Philipp and Mohamad have proven their professional expertise in many projects, and they are exceptional leaders with a strong sense of responsibility. We are very pleased that they are now part of our 22-member management team,” said Jan-Christoph Kischkewitz, Managing Director and People Chair of Inverto.
Gökhan Yüzgülec heads the Hamburg office, which launched last year. An expert in supply chain management and supply chain finance, Yüzgülec supports clients from the medical technology, automotive, and mechanical and plant engineering industries.
Philipp Polterauer has been with Inverto for over three years, during this time helping clients with procurement and supply chain transformations, cost optimisation programs, and digital strategy. He focuses on companies in the healthcare, consumer electronics, high tech and automotive sectors.
Mohamad Kaivan is an industrial engineer and worked as a consultant for Argon & Co and Efficio in London, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, among other places, before joining Inverto in London two years ago. He mainly advises clients from the retail and consumer goods industries as well as the energy sector. He specialises in organisational development, transformation, and value creation.
Across its footprint, Inverto has over 400 employees in twelve locations in nine countries. The firm works for international corporations and mid-sized companies, as well as the private equity firms.
