FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Frederik Vinten as its Chief Operating Officer ("COO") for the Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") region, effective 1 February 2023.
Mr. Vinten will oversee FTI Consulting's corporate operations across 24 EMEA offices and will report to Lars Faeste, EMEA Chairman at FTI Consulting. He has more than 15 years of experience as a senior executive in highly regulated and technology-driven industries, with expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, business transformation and operational excellence.
Working from FTI Consulting's London and Copenhagen offices, Mr. Vinten will work closely with corporate department leaders in EMEA to ensure that operational plans, infrastructure, processes and key initiatives support the firm's strategic priorities.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Vinten was a partner at Spencer Stuart, where he advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies on talent and people management strategy. He previously held senior roles at Danske Bank, where he was responsible for group business development and was a member of the executive board, and at Maersk Line, where he led on strategy and M&A. Mr. Vinten's considerable consulting experience includes roles at McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group.
