Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Yub Shin has joined ADL Korea as a Partner in its Strategy and Organization (S&O) practice. Based in the consultancy’s Seoul office, Yub brings over 20 years experience in management consultancy and business development to the firm, expanding the scope and capabilities offered by ADL Korea. 

Yub joins from global sustainability advisory firm ERM, and his appointment sees him return to ADL, where he previously worked as a manager between 2008 and 2012. During his subsequent career Yub worked across the technology/electronics, consumer & retail, private equity and healthcare sectors, building strong capabilities around areas including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), new business development and sustainability/ESG, as well as developing a strong network amongst major local businesses. Educated at Boston University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he was a visiting lecturer in the Global MBA Program at Yonsei Graduate School of Business, Korea.
