Jamie O’Rourke Chief Executive Partner of RSM in Australia, said that the cohort of internally groomed principals demonstrates the quality of the firm’s internal leadership pipeline. “Talent is at a premium in the current skills squeeze and will likely remain an ongoing challenge. At RSM, we have range of programs and incentives in place to build our talent, including the highly successful Principal Development Program.”
In its 2021-22 financial year, RSM generated $278 million in revenues across Australia, up 16% on the year previous and 54% since the 2016-17 financial year.
