Global management consulting firm Sia Partners has opened a new office in Antwerp, the firm’s second in the Belgian market.

Sia Partners has been active in Belgium since 2005, serving its client base through an office in capital city Brussels. Having grown its domestic team to around 60-strong, Sia Partners is now branching out to Belgium’s second largest and populous city.

“We are thrilled to announce that our Antwerp office is officially open for business,” said Jean Trzcinski, a managing partner at Sia Partners in Belgium.

The office was formally inaugurated mid-last month, when consultants from the new Antwerp hub (and some from the Brussels office) came together to celebrate the milestone.

Recruitment to bolster headcount in Antwerp is well underway, with several jobs currently advertised across the firm’s levels, from associate partner to junior consultant.

Founded in 1999 in France, Sia Partners has approximately 2,200 employees working from offices across four continents. Last year the firm generated roughly €300 million in revenues.

The Belgian team is active in the areas of strategy, organisation, operational excellence and digital transformation, with strong capabilities in energy transition, artificial intelligence, human resources, sales & marketing, and customer experience. Top clients operate in the banking, insurance, industry, energy, utilities, pharma, retail, transport, and logistics sectors.
