Global real estate professional services firm Knight Frank has launched a new office in Qatar, its sixth in the Middle East.
With over 16,000 staff working from 300+ offices in 50+ countries, Knight Frank is one the world’s largest real estate consultancies and brokers.
Founded in 1896 in London, it took the firm over 120 years to make its entrée in the Middle East, but since its 2009 launch in Dubai, the firm has rapidly accelerated its footprint to become a leading player in the region. Having established offices in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Manama and Riyadh, now Doha (Qatar) joins the fold.

In Qatar, Knight Frank will aim to tap into the booming demand for real estate construction and development expertise, unfolding on the back of the nation’s growth outlook, in part thanks to mega events (the coming World Cup) and massive windfall from oil sales at record-level prices.
The real estate consultancy also aims to tap into growing activity in Qatar’s residential segment.
Leading the new Doha operation is Adam Stewart, who has been hired externally. He brings over 15 years of real estate experience with a focus of valuation and advisory projects for government entities, banks, listed companies, private companies, and private investors.
Throughout the last eight years in Qatar, Stewart has advised developers and investors on their masterplans and development projects, as well as providing valuations for financial reporting, loan security, and acquisition purposes.
