An industry leader in Payroll and HR Transformation was in a pivotal growth position and consequently looking for an SME to join and help expand their Payroll Advisory practice. The position required an individual with deep expertise in Payroll Transformation and strategy, experience in both national and international projects, and an established consultative background.

 Solution:
