A long-standing client of Consulting Point were looking for an experienced hire in their Technology Risk and Controls practice. We worked closely with senior leadership to understand their exact needs and develop a longlist of relevant individuals.
Solution:
The successful individual had an impressive background in Technology Risk and possessed deep expertise across numerous industries. We helped them through each stage of the process, offering useful insights into what they could expect from the interviews.
Result:

Initially, he worked as a Business Development Executive at an Accounting and Business Advisory firm, after which Nigel transitioned and worked as an Analyst at a Fintech startup in the M&A industry, working across the TMT sector. Nigel has had numerous successes in attracting, maintaining and building client and prospect relations.
