A private equity backed Management Consultancy and data science firm identified the US as one of their main areas for growth. Consulting Point were tasked to aid them in their talent identification, retention and brand awareness, a strategy was developed regarding the critical needs of the business. After numerous senior candidates joining the team, the need for delivery focussed individuals became evident.
The right individual required several capabilities, ranging from stakeholder management and operational delivery to the ability to create ML models and work with NLPs.
