A boutique deals advisory firm, currently making strong headway in their specialist verticals, identified the need for a hands-on, dynamic and innovative consultant. The role demanded an individual with a blend of both management consulting and relevant industry exposure.
Consulting Point utilised its extensive network to build a pipeline of desirable candidates, from there, the list was re-evaluated against a refined final skills requirement to pinpoint outstanding individuals. A select individual stood out from the initial introductions, with the client moving swiftly through the process, in person team meetings were arranged, with a fit on both sides being clear.
