A key area of growth for them is Performance Improvement strategy and they were looking for an individual at Director level to continue to develop their presence. Through our existing network, Consulting Point highlighted an individual with a background in procurement strategy from a direct competitor. Over the course of 5 weeks, this individual met with a mixture of Partners and senior members of the practice and subsequently offered. Consulting Point were able to offer deal support throughout this stage therefore resulting in an offer acceptance.
