Our client is a well respected Management Consulting firm who were keen on enhancing their Digital Factory team, specifically seeking the best talent within User Research. We were tasked to search for candidates at Consultant & Senior Consultant levels within the digital market with a strong focus on User Research experience. Consulting Point have a strong network of User Researchers from a range of digital agencies, management consulting firms and from industry.
Our client was open to flexibility regarding industry experience so we presented more options than we would normally. This allowed us to expand our scope and identify candidates from other areas of industry that could be of interest. As such, one candidate gained the attention of our client early on in the recruitment process.
The candidate that we presented was a highly astute individual achieving a 1st Class Degree from a Red Brick university. They had strong user research insight experience and were keen to expand on this area within a new digitally focused firm. With a focus and keen interest on behavioural change and research, it was clear that this candidate would be a good fit.
After a swift interview process that only included two stages, our client was confident that this was someone that they needed to bring on board to enhance the team. A fantastic offer was provided, and the candidate accepted after a few days of deliberation. Consulting Point advised both parties throughout the process due to the great relationship developed with the candidate.
