A long standing key client contacted Consulting Point to execute a search to source either a Partner or Associate Partner level individuals with a background in Healthcare Strategy Consulting to cover their Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia based clients,
For this client, a global tier 1 strategy consultancy, it was vital that the candidate was based in the GCC given the desire for this candidate to not only deliver healthcare engagements but to utilize their client network to support business development.
We began to extensively map the UAE market and identified several individuals with deep expertise in the healthcare domain. All candidates came from a direct competitors with exceptional delivery and business development which were key prerequisites. Over the course of 5 months, the candidate completed a thorough recruitment process guided by Consulting Point and was successful with multiple interview stages conducted via virtual meeting sessions. The client provided feedback to advise they were happy to of hired this individual given they were of the high calibre they originally sought.
