When a boutique wants to grow, each hire is key to their continued success and as a result, they need to work with a firm that care about finding the right personality fit as well. A client who we have helped expand significantly recently asked us to find more candidates at an experienced semi-senior level, within this it was key that the future employee demonstrated a genuine desire to help with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Consulting Point started reaching out to our network and spoke with a large number of potentially interested individuals, allowing us to really work out who would best fit this firm. We were able to shortlist a reasonable number of individuals and present them to the client, all of which were subsequently invited to interview. All of them were impressed in the initial meeting, making it a difficult decision on who to prioritize. Luckily the client was able to consider several hires so they were happy to keep interviewing all of the strong profiles.
This candidate always appeared to be a strong fit that would add genuine value to the firm very quickly, coming from a ‘big 4’ environment. The client was keen to take the individual off the market, as a result they put an impressive offer forward which was quickly accepted by the candidate.
