Consulting Point are working closely with a global Management Consulting firm to expand their Digital Transformation practice and needed our services to attract the best talent within the digital market. Our client required a very experienced Project/Programme Manager who had a strong background in end-to-end digital delivery projects across Waterfall and also SAFe / Scaled Agile methodologies and preferably with public sector industry expertise.
We successfully identified an experienced Agile Delivery Manager from a boutique Digital Transformation consulting firm who had deep expertise of delivering major digital projects within public sector adhering to the Government Digital Service framework. The selected candidate had worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager and Programme Manager on a wide array of digital projects utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
The candidate progressed quickly through the two stage interview process, impressing various senior stakeholders with his skills within digital programme management. The candidate thoroughly enjoyed the interview process and was delighted to accept a very competitive job offer immediately.
