One of our clients was looking to hire an experienced candidate for their IT Advisory practice, the role required a highly relevant background in architecture. This required Consulting Point to reach out beyond our existing network and found several strong candidate through our extended connections. This led to a set of conversation with candidates who ticked all of the boxed the client required and we were able to present several options to them.
After a fluid and quick-moving interview process the client was confident that they had found the right person, coming from a competitor firm and with an extensive background in the right areas. We were able to keep an open and honest rapport with both the client and candidate throughout, making the latter stages smooth. The offer was presented to the candidate at a rate they were happy with so it was a quick and easy decision, before they were in a position to hand their notice in at their existing employer.
