Consulting Point assisted a leading global digital design & innovation consulting firm to support their growth in their digital agency team. Our client specifically sought a Lead Service Designer who could drive the delivery of complex digital services and product design projects.
We successfully identified a talented Service Designer who had a strong business acumen and a good understanding of user-centred design. The selected candidate was required to be equipped with agile, digital perspectives and exceptional prototyping skills whilst demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which was one of the main criteria our client was seeking.
The assignment took under 7 weeks from the initial introduction to offer acceptance with rapid responses and special interview arrangements from our client. We were able to negotiate salary and guide the candidate throughout the process. With the adjusted offer and learning leadership opportunities explained, the candidate was extremely happy to join the team and is planning on growing continuously with their future employer
