A global tier 1 strategy consultancy and long-standing partner of Consulting Point based in the Middle East were looking to expand their FS Strategy and contacted Consulting Point to help with attracting and sourcing the best candidates.
Consulting Point conducted a global search through their offices in Boston, London, and Hong Kong and produced a shortlist of suitable candidates within 3 weeks of receiving the mandate.
The long list was then reduced to a shortlist of 6 candidates and our client interviewed this shortlist. A candidate at the Senior Principal level joined our client from a competitor consulting firm based in France and Consulting Point will support the candidate with their family’s relocation to Dubai.
