A globally recognized Management Consulting firm with ambitious growth plans was looking to expand their Technology Strategy practice. They were looking for an individual who had deep expertise within Technology Strategy.
Through our black book of the network, we introduced the organization to an experienced Consultant with a background from a direct competitor in Strategy and Innovation with strong academics.
Over the course of 4 weeks, both parties met several times, and subsequently, the candidate was offered. Due to the close client and candidate relationship we have, we were able to advise on an appropriate package for both client and candidate.
