A global Management Consulting firm was seeking to hire a Digital Banking expert into their Senior Leadership Team for the DACH region at the Partner equivalent level. Our client needed a senior individual with an impressive network within the Banking & Financial Services sector who had expertise within Digital. We successfully identified the Digital Banking Leader for a competitor consulting firm who had been operating at Partner level for 8 years, who typically achieves €8-10m in personal sales and team sales in excess of €30m.
This individual was also the Client Account Leader for one of the world’s largest banks, had a very strong network of C-Suite level contacts with major Financial Services. The successful candidate was a recognised thought leader in the Financial Services consulting industry; with expertise across Digital Banking, Digital Strategy, Intelligent Automation, Next Generation Operating Models, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech and other related areas
