A fast growing and highly regarded boutique with a focus in Pricing, Marketing and Sales engaged with Consulting Point to execute for a senior individual. They were looking for someone who had a deep background in pricing and experience leading and growing a practice area.
Due to the strong relationships we have with our candidates, we were able to identify the right person within our internal network. This individual held an excellent academic career, lead a practice area of key growth for the organisation and came from a direct competitor. Over the course of 8 weeks client and candidate met several times and subsequently offered and accepted.
